In my experience, a shared understanding and clarity regarding the framework conditions (purpose, goals, strategy, tasks, roles, responsibilities, communication, etc.) form the foundation for high performance in teams and groups. Sustainable success, however, also requires investing time, attention, energy, and emotions into the team and its collaboration — both regularly and in response to specific change initiatives. I accompany this process of joint focus and (re-)alignment with great passion, whether through targeted workshops, coaching, or long-term development programs.

Building or further developing the ‘People, Organization & Culture’ (Human Resources) function in alignment with corporate strategy, supporting change management processes, and driving organizational development projects allow me to bring my broad experience to the benefit of my clients’ objectives. My background spans strategy, culture, reorganization, M&A and integration, business partnering, leadership and talent development, compensation & benefits, IT systems, and talent acquisition. Whether it involves structures, processes, or tools, every form of transformation is guided by a holistic approach that takes the entire system — including all interdependencies and dynamics — into account, while enabling people to move with or ahead of change. Shrinking, growing, transforming… in my experience, the most important factor is that people are both able and willing to come along.

About me

I bring more than 20 years of experience in the field of People, Organization & Culture across international and global corporations in the financial sector, industry, and consulting. In global, regional, and local leadership as well as expert roles, I have been responsible for, co-shaped, and continuously developed all areas of People, Organization & Culture.

And I have a favorite topic — because in my experience it is the most powerful lever for organizations, and I truly love to accompany and inspire the development of organizations, teams, and individuals: leadership. In organizations with high demands on entrepreneurial thinking and acting — and with the awareness that people are what make an organization — I have supported leaders at all levels and had the privilege of leading teams of more than 100 people across five continents.

I continuously enrich my personal experience with diverse impulses from training, coaching, and sparring to best support my clients on their individual journeys.
